Supply Chain Associate (Pharma, Up To $2800) #Hcg

Job Scope Handle receiving, picking, packing, returns, rejects, destruction, and secondary packaging of pharmaceutical products for clinical trials. Receive and inspect incoming materials, update inventory records, and store products according to SOPs and storage requirements. Perform picking, packing, shipment verification, and coordinate courier collections and deliveries. Process returned products, conduct inspections, and ensure proper storage and documentation. Manage rejected items and arrange destruction of products according to client instructions, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Perform GMP label printing, label inspection, over-labelling, and secondary packaging activities. Support inventory management through cycle counts and stock accuracy checks. Conduct basic facility and equipment checks, including storage areas, fridges, and freezers. Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure a clean and organized work environment. Complete documentation and administrative tasks accurately and on time. Follow all company SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures. Assist with other operational duties assigned by management as required.
