Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and management teams to support business objectives through effective HR strategies and people solutions. Advise and guide managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure fair and consistent application across the organization. Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, disciplinary cases, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns. Support recruitment and workforce planning initiatives to meet operational and business requirements. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment by driving employee engagement and maintaining strong employee relations. Coach and support managers in performance management, employee development, and people-related matters. Work closely with HR teams across the organization to implement HR initiatives, improve processes, and deliver value-added HR solutions. Review HR practices and recommend continuous improvements that enhance organizational effectiveness. Participate in HR projects, strategic planning, and other assigned initiatives. Requirements Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Strong understanding of employee relations and HR policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships. Strong problem-solving, coaching, and people management skills. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
