QA/QC Specialist - Handle Condo Projects

Job Summary Ensure high construction quality and workmanship by implementing SOPs, conducting inspections, and coordinating defect rectifications to deliver quality homes and uphold safety standards. Responsibilities Implement and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Construction Quality to achieve high workmanship standards during project delivery Inspect and document contractor work progress to ensure readiness for Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and deliver quality homes to customers Conduct Independent Quality Mark (QM) inspections on all units and monitor defect rectification during Temporary Occupation and Defects Liability Period (DLP) Coordinate with Customer Service Department (CSD) to support Client's in-house quality inspections Manage timely rectification of unit defects within specified time frames to maintain quality standards Enforce client's Environment, Health & Safety Policy on-site and ensure contractors meet highest standards during quarterly site inspections Preferred competencies and qualifications Diploma or Degree in electrical, mechanical, civil engineering, or related engineering disciplines 5 to 8 years of construction industry experience, particularly in quality inspection and project delivery Effective written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear reporting and coordination Strong human/public relations and customer service skills to manage stakeholder interactions Ability to handle difficult customers professionally Meticulous attention to detail to identify and resolve quality issues To apply, please email your resume to jackieng@recruitexpress.com.sg indicating in your CV the following information: Expected Salary: Notice Required: Reason for Leaving: Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
