Location: Marina One Duration: 12 months contract Salary: Up to $3696 + 1 month bonus Job Responsibilities: Perform and oversee end-to-end advisor onboarding pre & post checks, including credit monitoring tracking & follow up and telecentre call audits. Support advisor onboarding, offboarding & maintenance matters on platforms when required Exercise judgement in handling stakeholders’ requests, urgent ad hoc tasks, and completing priorities within tight timelines while exercising operational accuracy Liaise with internal stakeholders, custodians, counterparties and external vendors to resolve queries and provide operational support Ensure adherence to established procedures, control guidelines, market regulations and compliance framework during processing Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma in any related discipline 1-2 years of relevant experience in insurance operational matters Experience handling operational environments with tight turnaround timelines Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
