Location: Asia Square Duration: 1 year contract Salary: Up to $6000 + completion bonus Job Responsibilities: Assist with financial trade transactions, including verifying trade details and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsible for handling and processing assigned commercial and trade transaction types within specified value chains. Contribute to process definition and the operationalization of change to ensure efficient and effective handling, and processing assigned commercial and trade transaction types. Support the post-trade processing activities, such as trade settlement, reconciliation, and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any trade settlement issues or discrepancies in a timely manner. Maintain transaction records and documentation, ensuring proper filing and organization for easy retrieval. Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to contract performance and trade activities. Follow up and perform month-end update of paper deals in trading system. Ensure financial compliance, including closing period reporting. Job Requirements: Minimum Degree in Business/Finance Good understanding of trade transactions. Strong understanding of compliance.
