About this role
Location: Marina One Duration: 12 months Salary: Up to $3400 + 1 month bonus Job Responsibilities: Handle emails enquiries from HRs and Brokers, relating to sales administration on Renewal and Billings. Process manual renewal interventions process for full year in 2027. Prepare documentations on manual renewal and send to Mercer Prepare manual download of documents from the system Checks documents are in order Prepare and approve Nira Send policy documents upon request from HR/Brokers (eg COI, Policy contract, Endorsements, Billings). Notify HR on O/S Premium and follow-up till closure. Update Renewal tracker, Credit Control tracker. Raise ServiceNow on EBConnect issues, escalate to Account Manager when need arises. Escalate matter arising to Account Manager for further handling / solutioning. Other Sales admin support duties when required.
