Jobs Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints via phone and other service channels. Provide quality customer service to walk in customers and inbound hotline enquiries. Manage follow up calls and support customers with policy or service related requests. Handle escalated cases from junior team members and outsourced contact centre partners. Maintain accurate customer records and complete administrative tasks within service standards. Support team initiatives, projects, and other operational duties assigned by the Manager or Team Lead. Job Requirements Experience in customer service, contact centre, call centre will be advantageous.
