Inside Sales Representative $4K (Eaa)

Job Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end RFQ and quotation process. Liaise with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, lead times and product availability. Support the Sales team by preparing accurate quotations. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying opportunities for cross-selling and business growth. Prospect and develop new business through lead generation and cold calling. Coordinate closely with Sales, Product Management and Operations on RFQs, and supply allocation matters. Process customer orders, monitor backlog and delivery schedules, and resolve logistics, quality and RMA issues. Handle contract pricing updates, credit/debit notes and support issue resolution. Prepare sales reports, monitor pricing trends and support forecasting activities to achieve revenue targets. Job Requirements: Diploma in any discipline 3–7 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support or Quotation within the electronics distribution industry. Strong knowledge of RFQ management, BOM review, pricing and supplier coordination. Experience handling customer orders and sales support activities.
