Contract Insurance Claims Executive #Bel

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount for Temps/Contract roles. Jobs Responsibilities Process and assess insurance claims in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards. Review claim submissions and supporting documents to determine eligibility, completeness, and accuracy. Liaise with policyholders, agents, hospitals, workshops, loss adjusters, and other third parties to obtain required information and documentation. Investigate claims and identify potential discrepancies, fraud indicators, or policy coverage issues. Evaluate claims and recommend settlements based on policy terms and internal guidelines. Prepare claim assessments, payment recommendations, and settlement documentation. Communicate claim decisions and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders throughout the claims process. Ensure claims are processed within established service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining high accuracy. Maintain accurate claim records and update information in the claims management system. Handle customer enquiries and resolve claim-related issues professionally and efficiently.
