Human Resource Business Partner Are you passionate about driving people strategies and partnering with business leaders to create a positive workplace culture? We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Business Partner to support key HR initiatives, strengthen employee engagement, and contribute to organizational success. Key Responsibilities Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to support HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organization. Serve as the main HR advisor to managers, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and people-related matters. Foster a positive and collaborative workplace by promoting strong employee engagement and healthy working relationships. Coach and support managers in the interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures, and people management practices. Manage recruitment activities and support workforce planning initiatives to meet business needs. Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes where required. Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and collaborate with regional or corporate HR teams to implement effective people solutions. Participate in HR planning, organizational development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Support HR projects and undertake additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline from a recognized university. At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. Good leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
