We are hiring Patient Service Associate (Specialist Outpatient Clinic) to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations. Apply now! Job Responsibilities - Register patients for visits to the Specialist Outpatient Clinic - Schedule appointments and assist patients in coordinating multiple appointments - Perform billing processes, including payment collection, manage cash float, and encourage patients to sign up for cashless payment - Provide financial counselling, explain charges, and assist patients with the various financial schemes available - Assist doctors during consultations (e.g. chaperoning, translation, etc.) - Prepare patients for physical examination and take patients' height and weight - Support doctors during teleconsultations (e.g. equipment setup, coordination with patients, etc.) - Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements - Minimum N/O/A Level, ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification - Prior customer service or healthcare experience is an advantage - Minimum 1 year commitment All interested candidates are invited to email your resume in MS Word format to: healthcare8@recruitexpress.com.sg Please include your full working experience, education background, notice period, and expected salary.
