We are seeking a Financial Accountant to support financial reporting, accounting operations, and process improvements within a collaborative and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting. Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, assets, liabilities, and other accounting activities. Support revenue accounting processes and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies. Review and maintain billing and financial data, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. Prepare accounting reports, reconciliations, procedural documentation, and financial analyses within established timelines. Assist in quarterly reporting and support audit requirements where applicable. Participate in cross-functional projects, providing accounting expertise and financial insights. Develop, document, and enhance accounting processes and internal controls while supporting implementation of new initiatives. Provide guidance and knowledge sharing on financial processes and perform other accounting duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. At least 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience. Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with accounting or ERP systems will be an advantage.
