Key Responsibilities Develop and implement recruitment strategies to grow and strengthen the sales force. Set recruitment targets, track performance, and drive initiatives to improve hiring outcomes. Support the recruitment of new agency leaders, wealth managers, and experienced financial consultants. Partner with the Business Development team to execute recruitment campaigns and monitor results. Plan and coordinate recruitment events, roadshows, and engagement activities. Collaborate with the Training team to support the onboarding and development of new sales hires. Develop targeted recruitment strategies for different talent segments, including experienced advisors, mid-career professionals, fresh graduates, and industry switchers. Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a sales, recruitment, or sales support role within the insurance or financial advisory industry is an advantage. Resourceful with knowledge of industry funding and financing schemes. Able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
