Inventory & Logistics Analyst (SAP, Pharma / Clinical Research/ Biotechnology, Up To $5500) #Hcg

Key Responsibilities Manage daily inventory activities, including cycle counts, stock reconciliation and inventory adjustments. Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies to ensure data integrity. Manage inventory scrap and prepare reports for expired, damaged or obsolete inventory. Support inventory audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Analyse inventory and operational data to monitor inventory health, stock levels and key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare reports and dashboards to provide insights on inventory performance and operational trends. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. Develop, maintain and improve inventory management SOPs and operational processes. Support SAP system enhancements, testing and implementation of new features when required. Participate in inventory-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with Warehouse Operations, Planning, Customer Service, Quality, Finance and IT teams to ensure efficient inventory management. Provide inventory reports and documentation to support internal audits, compliance reviews and management reporting. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Materials) or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics or supply chain within the Life Sciences, Medical Device, Clinical Diagnostics or Pharmaceutical industry. Experience with SAP EWM, SAP ECC or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with data analysis, reporting and dashboard tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) will be an advantage.
