Job Description Serve as the main point of contact for parents and the school regarding school bus transportation matters. Attend to enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and text messages in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with the operations team on bus schedules, route changes, delays, and transportation arrangements. Provide updates to parents and school staff on transportation-related matters, including service disruptions. Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints, escalating issues where necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, communications, and service requests. Requirements: Min O/A Level/ Diploma in any field Min 1 year customer service experience.
