Job Description Manage front desk duties, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, enquiries, billing, and maintaining accurate patient records. Assist doctors and nurses during consultations and minor procedures, prepare consultation rooms, and perform basic clinical tasks where trained. Maintain clinic cleanliness, ensure treatment rooms are well-stocked, monitor inventory, and support infection control and workplace safety standards. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day clinic operations. Perform other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager or supervising healthcare professionals. Job Requirements Min N-Level Certificate Passion for customer service and patient is required Experience in healthcare is preferred, but training will be provided.
