Tanjong Pagar Mon - Fri 9am-6pm Job Scope - Assist with basic administrative tasks including email correspondence, data entry and file management - Prepare and organise financial documents, reports and presentation - Support team on any submission matters - Attend to phone calls, dispatching of documents, arranging courier, collection and distributing of department mall - Ad hoc duties – document dispatch Requirements OT required 2-3 times on weekdays (till 7pm +- ), and maybe once or twice on weekend (half day).
