About this role
Location: Raffles Place Duration: 1 year contract Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 5:30 Salary: Up to $4500 + 1.5 month bonus (performance + completion bonus) Job Responsibilities: Assist to answer phone and email enquiries from customer care, intermediaries and internal stakeholders Ensure timely receipting performed for all payment modes in system Initiate and support system enhancement and User Acceptance Testing to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the department’s work process Perform giro collection & credit card recurring for GI products Perform credit card charging for GI products Perform accounts reconciliations and allocations Resolving customer queries and enquiries in relation to their accounts Timely in clearing unreconciled premium collection in bank statement and SOA Developing and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders Other ad hoc administration duties Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by managers Job Requirements: Minimum Degree in any field with experience in insurance Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
