About this role
Job Description: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within SME, mid-market, and enterprise accounts. Generate leads through direct prospecting, partner referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Understand customer business and cybersecurity requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution workshops. Position SaaS and security solutions based on business value, operational efficiency, risk reduction, compliance, and ROI. Work closely with technical consultants and vendor teams to design and propose solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, managed service providers (MSPs), and technology partners. Support channel partners with sales enablement, training, and joint customer engagements. Drive partner-led pipeline generation and sales activities. Collaborate with vendor principals to execute sales and marketing initiatives. Manage existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling. Maintain regular engagement with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Ensure customer satisfaction and support successful onboarding and adoption of solutions. Track pipeline progression and provide regular sales reports to management. Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging cybersecurity threats. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fields. 2–5 years of experience in SaaS sales, cybersecurity sales, IT solution sales, or technology distribution.
