Jobs Responsibilities Process Marine Hull insurance policies and related documentation accurately within service timelines. Review policy information and liaise with underwriters to resolve incomplete or missing details. Prepare renewal notices, dispatch policy documents, and maintain electronic filing records. Support Finance by assisting with reconciliation queries and policy related information. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support process improvement initiatives. Perform administrative and operational duties to support daily Policy Management activities.
