Annual Compensation Cycle Project Management Lead the end-to-end delivery of the annual compensation review cycle across the APAC region, partnering with the Regional Rewards team from planning and system preparation through implementation, completion, and post-cycle evaluation. Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, dependencies, and risk management. Drive project governance by facilitating steering committee meetings, providing progress updates, managing stakeholder expectations, and supporting key decision-making. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and successful delivery. Compensation System Design & Governance Translate compensation strategies and annual review requirements into detailed functional and business requirements for the compensation platform (HRSoft). Partner with HR Technology to lead system design, configuration, and implementation, ensuring alignment with business and operational needs. Define and govern the system data model, including data structures, validation rules, and process flows to maintain the integrity of compensation data within the platform. Oversee system testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate system functionality, data accuracy, calculations, and user experience. Regional Stakeholder & Policy Management Collaborate with APAC countries and branches to consolidate local compensation policies, practices, and regulatory requirements, ensuring consistent implementation within the system. Manage governance, compliance, and approval workflows to ensure processes adhere to internal policies and external regulatory requirements. Vendor & Reporting Management Serve as the primary liaison with the HRSoft vendor, managing system enhancements, configuration updates, issue resolution, and ongoing platform improvements. Partner with the vendor and HR Technology teams to deliver system functionality, dashboards, and management reports that support business and leadership requirements. Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, reliable, and provide meaningful business insights. HR Systems Integration & Future-State Planning Act as the Rewards subject matter expert for integration initiatives between HRSoft and the organisation's future HRIS platform. Collaborate with HR Technology project teams to ensure future system configurations effectively support APAC Rewards processes and business requirements. Stakeholder Leadership & Collaboration Provide project leadership and subject matter expertise, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment across multiple countries and business units. Build and maintain strong partnerships with Rewards, HR Technology, Finance, and regional HR leaders to support successful project delivery. Change Management & Implementation Review and enhance compensation processes to drive consistent implementation across countries and business lines. Develop and oversee phased implementation plans to support country-specific adoption while aligning with overall project objectives.
