About this role
The incumbent is responsible for managing daily operations, reviewing workflows, and identifying opportunities for process automation. Onboarding Support: Handles the creation of new hire profiles in Timesoft, system updates and supervise the preparation of welcome kits. Contract Management: Administers renewals for Locum and temporary staff. Probation & Resignation: Manages the probation confirmation process and processes employee resignations. Personnel Filing: Supervises the creation and ongoing filing of employee P-files. Work Pass Management: Provides end-to-end management for work permit applications and renewals. Leave: Administers and initialise annual leave entitlement for staff as well as part-time staff leave entitlement in Timesoft. Process Work Injury Compensation (WICA) claims. Documentation: Issues Letters of Gurantees (LOG) or Certificates of Employment (COE) upon request. Payment Processing: Handles and also provides guidance to the administration support staff in the submission of invoices to the Finance department via the Tenderboard system Uniform Project: Lead the uniform review project Any other duties assigned.
