The Job: To provide a centralized administrative and transactional support across the integrated Soft, Security and Engineering functions Liaise with Finance Department to track aging reports and resolve payments discrepancies for both fixed and ad-hoc(non-fixed) resources. Consolidate monthly Service Level Agreement(SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data from various service streams Ensuring timely submission of performance reports from Integrated Service Vendors and verifying data accuracy against on-site proof- of-presence tools. Tracking penalties/incentives structures based on the structured performance model Maintain Digital Document Library such as Google Drive and Share point for all maintenance regimes, service reports and safety certifications Coordinating staff attendance and training records for the on-site team Monitoring and following of Single Central Record and ensuring updated records Requirements: Knowledge on Microsoft Office 365 is a must At least 3 years of relevant Administrative experience in an Facilities Management environment.
