Location: Labrador Park Duration: Till End Dec 2026 Working Hours: Mon-Thurs: 8.30AM to 5.15PM with 1 hour meal break and Fri: 8.30AM to 5.30PM with 1 hour meal break (Hybrid Work Arrangement - Min 1-3 days WFH) Salary: Up to $3500 Job Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end volunteer programmes, including recruitment, registration, scheduling, and communications. Maintain volunteer records, attendance, role allocations, and programme trackers. Coordinate event logistics, prepare briefing materials, and support on-site volunteer operations. Liaise with volunteers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth programme execution. Support post-event activities, including feedback collection, reporting, and volunteer engagement. Design volunteer communications and publicity materials (eDMs, presentations). Assist with impact assessment, data analysis, and programme reporting. Job Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline with one year’s working experience in any sector.
