Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and existing clients. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions. Prepare quotations, process orders, and ensure timely follow-up with customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account updates. Attend product training and continuously enhance product knowledge and industry expertise. Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Strong interest in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a customer-focused mindset. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. Prior sales or healthcare industry experience is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
