Responsibilities Administer day‑to‑day operations of grants, including processing of applications, variations, candidate onboarding and claims. Validate claims documents and prepare for Finance disbursement, & where relevant, provide findings to the OIC for evaluation. Review submitted documentation for completeness and compliance; identify discrepancies and follow up with employers or partners Maintain accurate, audit‑ready records in accordance with programme and organisational requirements Liaise with Members, Training Providers, call centre and relevant departments for appeals and enquiries Checking of membership status Update internal database and prepare reports Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
