Job Responsibilities: Support treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, cash management, budgeting, and finance income projections. Monitor bank balances, prepare cash flow reports, and perform variance analysis. Review bank reconciliations and support efficient treasury management activities. Assist in managing Accounts Payable processes, including payment queries, issue resolution, ageing report reviews, and reconciliations. Support the administration of fixed assets, including asset verification, disposals, asset register maintenance, and schedule reviews. Assist with month-end closing activities by reviewing operating expenditure and ensuring timely financial reporting. Prepare monthly management reports, budget variance analysis, and financial reporting schedules. Liaise with shared service teams and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with reporting timelines. Maintain finance-related systems, cost centre information, and approval workflows. Support ad hoc finance projects and perform other accounting duties as assigned. Requirements: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems will be an advantage. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
