Location: Polyclinics (Islandwide) Salary: $50/hour Operating Hours Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm / 8.30am – 5.30pm Alternate Saturday: 8.00am – 12.00pm / 8.30am – 12.30pm Working Schedule Flexible schedule available 3, 4, 5 or 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturdays for 5.5-day schedule) Candidates will be based at a Polyclinic but must be willing to travel to other polyclinics when required for operational coverage. Job Responsibilities Provide quality dispensing services and pharmaceutical care. Provide Outpatient Pharmacy Services, including Medication Review Service (MRS) and Anticoagulation Service (ACS). Provide medication counselling to patients. Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and respond to medication-related enquiries from the public. Requirements Registered Clinical Pharmacist.
