Location: Bugis Duration: 9 Months Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 530pm Salary: Up to $15000 + completion bonus Job Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end regional S/4HANA deployment projects, ensuring alignment with global programme objectives and timelines. Manage project plans, governance, RAID logs, budgets, resources and stakeholder communications. Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IT, change management, data, training and external vendors. Monitor project progress, key milestones, risks and dependencies, driving timely issue resolution and escalation. Ensure successful delivery across testing, UAT, cutover, go-live and post-implementation support phases. Prepare steering committee updates and support business continuity throughout the transformation programme. Drive programme governance, accountability and continuous improvement to ensure successful project outcomes. Job Requirements: 5–7 years of project/programme management experience, preferably in large-scale ERP or SAP transformation projects. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation or deployment projects preferred. Experience managing regional or global rollouts across multiple countries and stakeholders. Strong understanding of the project lifecycle, including planning, testing, UAT, cutover and go-live activities. Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, RAID and senior stakeholder communications.
