Join a dynamic team where you'll play a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR operations while partnering closely with leaders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day HR operations and initiatives aligned with business and organizational objectives. Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring consistent application across the organization. Partner with managers to provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through proactive employee engagement initiatives. Conduct investigations, address employee concerns, and recommend appropriate resolutions in accordance with company policies. Support recruitment activities, workforce planning, onboarding, and retention initiatives. Deliver coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and people management practices. Collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and implement strategic HR initiatives. Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and reports. Participate in HR projects and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline from a recognized institution. At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Strong understanding of HR operations and employee relations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team. Good organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Why Join?
