About this role
Salary: Up to $10000 + 13 month bonus + VB Job Responsibilities: Review, enhance and implement compensation & benefits policies and programmes. Manage annual salary benchmarking, salary reviews, budgeting and benefits administration. Review monthly payroll before submission to the outsourced payroll vendor. Manage employee insurance, medical, WICA and statutory claims (CPF, NS, maternity, etc.). Oversee HRIS (SAP/ProSoft), leave and payroll systems, and maintain HR data accuracy. Lead performance appraisal and incentive programme administration. Partner with HR, business stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth C&B operations. Review HR policies and support audits, compliance, surveys and HR projects. Engage with unions for Collective Agreement renewals where required. Job Requirements: Both hands-on and strategic Compensation and Benefits experience Knowledge and application of local employment law/EA on field staff Hands-on payroll experience and incumbent will need to vet through before submitting to 3rd party Excellent Microsoft Office Skills especially Excel skills on spreadsheet (pivot, vlookup, formula) Ability to research, analyse and translate data into context for stakeholders’ review (Management Team) Knowledge of Success Factors, HRIS (SAP, Payroll system like ProSoft) would be advantageous Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices.
