Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from workforce planning and talent sourcing to offer management and onboarding. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source and engage suitable candidates through various recruitment channels, networking platforms, educational institutions, and industry partnerships. Create compelling job advertisements to attract quality talent. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organisational needs. Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Conduct reference checks and support hiring decisions through comprehensive candidate evaluations. Support onboarding activities and assist with relocation arrangements where required. Contribute to employer branding initiatives by recommending innovative recruitment practices and enhancing the candidate experience. Coordinate internship programmes, including onboarding, assignment planning, and performance support. Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment legislation and internal policies. Stay informed of market trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition processes. Support additional HR initiatives and projects as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution. Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
