Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Join a reputable Japanese multinational company within the clinical medical industry as a Logistics Executive. This role offers the opportunity to be partof a highly regulated and structured environment, supporting critical logistics operations that directly impact healthcare services and patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities · Manage daily logistics operations, including data entry, shipment tracking, and coordination activities · Handle shipper and consignee information, ensuring compliance with transportation procedures and regulatory requirements · Administer dry ice account information with vendors and manage necessary updates such as address changes · Monitor and document transportation service issues, resolve them effectively, and escalate when necessary · Collaborate closely with internal departments,including laboratory, sample services, and site support teams to ensure smooth operations · Provide support on logistics-related queries,including pre-analytical and post-analytical requirements · Assist the team with administrative andoperational tasks such as shipment tracking, tracing, and work order follow-ups Requirements · Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or arelated field · Prior experience or certification in Supply Chain /Logistics, preferably within a regulated environment (e.g., healthcare,pharmaceuticals, clinical research) · Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately · Good coordination and communication skills to work across multiple departments · Proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently Interested candidates are invited to submit their resumes to recruitment@recruitexpress.com.sg EA Personnel: Valerie Yong Kian Fung CEI No.: R1103704 Recruit Express Pte Ltd EA License No.: 99C4599
