About this role
Location: Suntec Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm Salary: Up to $5,000 Contract: 6–7 months (Maternity Cover) Key Responsibilities Handle daily cash management, including bank account balances, FOREX (spot, forward & swap), money market borrowing, fund transfers via SWIFT Alliance, and treasury deal input. Manage mass payment processes. Support regional subsidiaries during monthly and RTC closing. Conduct treasury process reviews to ensure compliance with company policies (SOD, duplicate payment prevention, vendor registration, payment controls, etc.). Drive payment and collection process improvements (e.g. cheque warehousing, supply chain financing, dealer financing, virtual accounts). Manage regional cash pooling structures. Investigate bank reconciliation discrepancies and treasury system issues. Review monthly mark-to-market entries for treasury products. Work with Quantum GTR (Global Treasury System by Sungard) . Experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
