Key Responsibilities Support and configure IT systems within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment. Perform Change Control Impact Assessments for IT-related activities. Assist in Operational Technology (OT) network implementation. Support server implementation where required. Prepare and deploy validated workstation images. Perform system cloning, restoration and backup activities. Configure workstation settings, user permissions and access rights. Create and manage local administrator and user accounts. Configure network connectivity, cloud storage and OneDrive mapping. Implement and maintain backup solutions using Acronis. Provide support for IT systems while ensuring compliance with data integrity and regulatory requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Support ongoing technology initiatives and system enhancements. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline. Prior experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is essential. Hands-on experience supporting GMP-regulated IT systems is required. Familiarity with validation practices and regulated system environments. Experience supporting laboratory analytical or QC systems such as TOC or MALDI is advantageous but not required.
