Location: Bukit Batok Duration: 3 August 2026 - 31 March 2027 Salary: $10/hr (With benefits) Working days and hours: - 5 days per week (Monday to Saturday) - Required to commit to both Shift 1 and Shift 2, subject to operational needs Shift 1 - Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM - Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM Shift 2 - Monday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM - Tuesday to Friday: 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM Job Description: - Welcome and orientate visitors/patients upon arrival at the lobby. - Assist visitors/patients with online pre-registration and checking in at the self-help kiosks and entry gantries, as well as checking out at the exit gantries. - Ensure crowd control and proper queue management at the self-help kiosks and monitor human traffic flow at the entry gantries, to avoid tailgating instances. - Assist visitors/patients with way-finding around the hospital premises. - Ensure that cleanliness, safety and conditions of equipment used at waiting area, self-help kiosks and gantries are well maintained and functioning - Handling of enquiries or feedback from the visitors/patients - Conduct checks of the waiting area and toilets at L1 ensuring that they are clean and their amenities are well stocked, maintained and in working condition. - Welcome and orientate public upon arrival at sheltered car porch / lobby. - Other duties as assigned by supervisor Job Requirements: - No exp. needed, training will be provided If interested, please send updated resume via email jacelynchua@recruitexpress.com.sg Melissa Zhang Zhiqi (Mezzo) (CEI.No: R2197564 | Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Life Science) | 99C4599) jacelynchua@recruitexpress.com.sg
