9 Months Contract Project Delivery Executive $7K (Eaa)

Job Responsibilities: Support the planning and coordination of project cutover activities and country go-live deployments across the APAC region. Track project milestones, monitor cutover tasks and liaise with country stakeholders to ensure timely completion. Coordinate post go-live hypercare activities, including meetings, issue tracking and transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations. Manage system incidents, defects and enhancement requests by coordinating with vendors, technical teams and business users to ensure timely resolution. Monitor ticket status, service levels and escalation activities while maintaining issue logs and providing regular project updates. Analyse incidents, support tickets and operational data to identify trends and recommend process improvements. Prepare project dashboards, KPI reports and management reports to support governance and operational performance. Coordinate device firmware upgrade activities across APAC locations, including deployment tracking and issue resolution. Support Internal Control System (ICS) activities by coordinating with country teams to ensure compliance and timely completion of action items. Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline. 3–5 years of experience in HR projects, HR system implementation, HRIS deployment or regional project rollouts. Experience supporting HR transformation, system migration or process improvement initiatives will be an advantage.
