Location: Greenwich Drive Duration: 3 months contract Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 - 6 Salary: Up to $3500 Job Responsibilities: Support intercompany account and reconciliation processes across regional entities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and finance teams to ensure timely processing of intercompany transactions. Assist in preparing intercompany invoices, debit notes, and supporting documentation. Follow up on outstanding balances and resolve reconciliation discrepancies. Support month-end closing activities related to intercompany transactions. Maintain proper documentation and filing for finance records. Assist with ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned by the manager. Ally (Kubota Ayako) CEI Reg.
