Coordinate training administration, including registrations, scheduling, attendance tracking, and training logistics. Process training-related submissions, claims, and maintain supporting documentation. Support internship coordination and liaise with educational institutions. Maintain accurate learning, training, and professional development records. Prepare documentation for compliance reviews and internal or external audits. Assist in maintaining and improving learning management systems and training platforms. Support process improvements and automation of learning and development workflows. Perform data entry, filing, record management, and provide general HR and administrative support as assigned.
