The Job: Operational Leadership Overseeing full operational performance across multiple country sites Ensure alignment of production, supply chain, quality and logistics with regional strategy Lead end-to-end factory relocation program, including planning, execution and stabilization Process Improvement and Lean Initiatives Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes Oversea production scheduling, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards Ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations and environmental standards Requirements: At least 10-12 years of experience in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within the manufacturing industry Strong understanding of lean manufacturing Experienced in aerospace manufacturing Strong background in CNC machining for complex components Open to frequent travel Interestedapplicants can send their detailed resumes to janelui@recruitexpress.com.sgor call JANE @ 6735 1955.
