1 Year Contract HR Specialist - Bwy

Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team, including appraisal, headcount, leave & benefits administration, HR events, and HR payment processing. Support the implementation of the One RO HR System Project through HR data preparation, cleansing, migration, system testing, UAT, and go-live activities. Maintain project documentation, test scripts, issue logs, user guides, and provide first-level system support and user training during implementation. Coordinate project meetings, workshops, testing sessions, track project progress, and ensure proper documentation of project activities. Support ad hoc HR projects and process improvement initiatives while collaborating with the HR team throughout the project lifecycle.
