Contract Client Static Data Executive, Private Banking #Blm

Jobs Responsibilities Review and process client account opening and closure requests, ensuring complete and accurate documentation. Maintain client static data, securities and counterparty records in Avaloq and related banking systems. Support corporate action processing for Equities, Fixed Income and Fund products, ensuring timely execution. Perform daily pricing validation, data reconciliation and maintenance reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Liaise with Front Office, Compliance, Middle Office, custodians and external vendors on account and data related matters. Ensure adherence to operational procedures, internal controls and regulatory requirements while supporting day to day operations. Job Requirements At least 2 years of experience in Wealth Management Operations, Static Data, Corporate Actions or Client Onboarding. Familiar with wealth management account opening documentation and investment products.
