Location: Jurong Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Salary: Up to $3500 + 13th month + VB Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Ensure accurate inventory management through timely updates in system records. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth flow of materials and finished goods. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and proper documentation. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of materials according to safety standards. Liaise with external vendors, freight forwarders, and transport providers where required. Implement continuous improvements in warehouse efficiency and space utilization. Any other duties assigned by supervisor. Job Requirements: Able to adapt fast paced warehouse and logistics environment and work independently, also a team player.
