About this role
The Job: Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians, provide technical direction and mentorship to engineering personnel Develop departmental goals, KPIs, and performance improvement plans Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitor engineering costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction Process & Manufacturing Engineering Oversee the development, optimization and validation of manufacturing processes Improve product efficiency, yield, quality and equipment utilization Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and process improvement initiatives Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for manufacturing issues Plan, execute and monitor engineering projects from concept through implementation Coordinate cross-functional projects with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Program Ensure projects meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements Position Requirements: At least 8 years of engineering experience within precision engineering, minimum 3 years in a leadership role Strong understanding of precision manufacturing processes (CNC machining, tooling & fixtures) Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Interested applicants can send their detailed resumes to janelui@recruitexpress.com.sg or call JANE @ 6735 1955.
