Shift QA Lab Analyst Pharma Up To $3200 #Hjn

Duties: Support quality assurance activities including validation, qualification, stability studies, and batch release processes. Perform visual inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Review batch production records, testing documentation, autoclave reports, and quality records for accuracy and completeness. Investigate deviations, out-of-specification (OOS) results, and quality issues, and support timely resolution prior to product release. Assist in maintaining Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, including SOPs, Master Batch Records (MBRs), forms, templates, and Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR). Conduct in-process quality checks, aseptic audits, line clearance approvals, and support finished goods inspection plans in SAP. Monitor KPIs, maintain GMP/GDP compliance, uphold 5S standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement and daily QA operations. Requirements Diploma in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), or GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or manufacturing environments.
