Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, expense classification, and month-end General Ledger closing. Ensure timely and accurate entry of AP invoices into SAP, with proper supporting documentation maintained. Support Accounts Receivable operations, including billing administration, collections monitoring, and performance tracking. Review existing finance processes and recommend enhancements to improve billing and collection efficiency. Perform bank reconciliations and clearing activities for customer accounts and internal business units. Monitor the effectiveness of process improvements and support continuous enhancement initiatives. Maintain compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies across all finance functions. What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline. At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance operations. Experience with SAP will be advantageous. Familiarity with partial or full-set accounts is preferred. Strong analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail. Able to work independently in a structured and fast-paced environment. Available to commence work within a short notice period.
