We are seeking a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to partner closely with leaders and employees, delivering strategic HR support across employee relations, recruitment, policy implementation, and workforce planning. Key Responsibilities Partner with site leadership to support business and organisational objectives through effective HR strategies and initiatives. Administer HR policies, procedures, and programmes, ensuring consistent application and compliance across the organisation. Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including investigations, grievances, concerns, and workplace issues. Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and supervisors, offering coaching on HR policies, employee management, and best practices. Support recruitment and workforce planning activities to meet current and future business needs. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment by maintaining strong employee relations and engagement initiatives. Collaborate with HR teams across the organisation to identify opportunities for process improvement and integrated HR solutions. Contribute to strategic HR planning, resource planning, and the ongoing development of site HR strategies. Maintain accurate employee relations records and prepare reports as required. Undertake additional HR duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements Degree in Human Resources or a related field from a recognised university. At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in employee relations, HR operations, or HR business partnering. Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Strong team management, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working office hours, 5 days a week. Why Join This Opportunity?
