Location: Greenwich Drive (Transport provided at Kovan and Serangoon MRT) Duration: 9 months Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 830 - 6 Salary: Up to $7000 + completion bonus Job Responsibilities: Support the rollout of a regional Time & Attendance system across 12 APAC countries. Coordinate project cutover activities and monitor deployment progress. Facilitate post-go-live (hypercare) support and track action items with country teams. Manage and monitor system incidents, support tickets, and issue resolution with vendors and stakeholders. Prepare dashboards, project reports, and analyse system performance and operational trends. Coordinate device firmware upgrades and maintain deployment status where required. Support Internal Control System (ICS) activities by tracking action items and ensuring timely completion across APAC countries. Liaise with regional HR teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
