Location: United Square Salary: $2,800 – 3,500/month Shift Allowance (3+2): $200 shift allowance per month Working Schedule: 3+2 work week • Weekdays: 1pm – 10pm (8hrs excl. break) • Weekends: 8:30am – 6:30pm (9hrs excl. break) Responsibilities Ability to deliver professional and high-quality service experience in a customer-facing role Identify customers’ needs and have them assessed to maintain a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction Taking ownership of customers’ problems and follow through effectively and efficiently to resolution within the SLAs.
