Candidate & Client Coordination Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Guide candidates throughout the hiring journey, ensuring a positive experience. Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates to facilitate smooth hiring processes. Onboarding & Administrative Support Support onboarding activities to ensure successful candidate placement. Prepare and administer employment-related documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist with operational matters and provide timely resolution to recruitment-related queries. Business Development Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business relationships. Participate in team discussions, market mapping, and strategic planning initiatives.
